ALHAMBRA (CBS) — Police are asking for the public’s help in identifying a man who broke into a San Gabriel Valley home in the middle of the day.

According to authorities, the burglar forced his way into a home in the 400 block of South Second Street in Alhambra around 1 p.m. on April 13.

The suspect broke a bedroom window and attempted to enter the home when a resident scared him off, Alhambra police said.

A sketch of the suspect was released Tuesday. Detectives believe the same man is responsible for additional crimes in the area.

Anyone with information about the suspect should call Detective John Lee at (626) 570-5158. Tips can be left anonymously.
