Report: Dodgers Offer Pitcher Roy Oswalt

(CBS) -- The Los Angeles Dodgers have reportedly offered free agent Pitcher Roy Oswalt, according to a tweet by  Tim Brown of Yahoo! Sports.

The Rangers are another team in the mix for the 34-year-old.

Oswalt was 9-10 last season with Philadelphia and posted an ERA of 3.69.
