Dodgers Place Ted Lilly On Disabled List
LOS ANGELES (AP) — The Dodgers have placed left-hander Ted Lilly on the 15-day disabled list with left shoulder inflammation, a move retroactive to Thursday.
It is Lilly's second stint on the DL after he missed the first eight games of the season because of a stiff neck.
He is 5-1 with a 3.14 ERA in eight starts. He last pitched last Wednesday at Arizona, allowing eight runs, nine hits while five walks in 3 1-3 innings.
Los Angeles recalled left-hander Michael Antonini from Triple-A Albuquerque on Monday. The 26-year-old was with the Dodgers from April 24-25 but didn't make an appearance and is 1-2 with a 5.31 ERA in eight starts and one relief appearance with the Isotopes.
