'College Solution' Author Offers Advice, Financial Aid Tips

STUDIO CITY (CBS) — With student debt reaching the $1 trillion mark, it's no wonder why there's growing concern about tuition costs at higher education institutions.

On Saturday, college expert and author Lynn O'Shaughnessy appeared on KCAL9 News to discuss tuition costs and offer advice.
