Man, 28, Shot And Killed In South LA
LOS ANGELES (CBS) — A 28-year-old man in South Los Angeles was shot and killed Sunday when a gunman walked up to him and shot him several times in the chest, a police officer said.
The gang-related shooting attack was near Broadway and 37th Street and was reported to police at 1:28 a.m., said Los Angeles police officer Gregory Baek of the Media Relations Section.
Paramedics pronounced the 28-year-old man dead at the scene, Baek said.
