STUDIO CITY (CBS) — Aerosmith’s Joe Perry visited KCAL9 Wednesday to talk about the music he wrote for tonight’s episode of CSI.

The first track he wrote will play at the beginning of the show and the second, which also features his son’s work, will come on 13 minutes later.

Perry is the lead guitarist, contributing songwriter and backing vocalist for Aerosmith.

He was ranked 48th on Rolling Stone‘s list of the 100 Greatest Guitarists of All Time.
