STUDIO CITY (CBS) — World-renowned author Judy Blume appeared on KCAL9 News on Saturday morning.
Blume has penned 28 books that have been translated into 31 languages.
She has also helped millions of readers get through those awkward tween years with her classics like, “Are You There God? It’s Me, Margaret” and “Blubber.”
This year marks the 40th anniversary of her book, “Tales of a Fourth Grade Nothing.”
You can meet Blume, as well as dozens of other authors, at this weekend’s Los Angeles Times Festival of Books at USC.
The free event, which is expected to draw 150,000 attendees, is in its 17th year. For more information, click here.
