RIVERSIDE (CBS) — Six people were transported to area hospitals Sunday after a five-car pileup in the city of Riverside.

The accident at Cypress Avenue and Challen Avenue occurred at 11:44 a.m. Sunday, the Riverside City Police Department confirmed.

The scene has since been cleared.

Of those injured, authorities report that some were juveniles.

The injuries, however, were reportedly minor.

No other information was immediately available.
