Man Stabbed To Death At Koreatown Apartment Complex

LOS ANGELES (CBS) — Police are investigating a deadly stabbing that took place early Tuesday morning at an apartment complex in Koreatown.

Officials arrived at the 800 block of South Serrano Avenue after residents called 911 at 2 a.m. to report two men fighting inside the building.

First responders found the victim, a man in his 20s, on the fifth floor of the apartment complex.

Paramedics attempted to revive him, but he was later pronounced dead, according to LAPD Det. John Skaggs.

The victim's name was not immediately released, but authorities have confirmed that he was a resident of the building.

No arrests have been made.
