Sheriff's Detectives Seek Help Locating Missing Carson Man

CARSON (CBS)  — The LA County Sheriff's Department is seeking the public's help in locating a 23-year-old man who went missing Tuesday.

Elgin Stafford is a black male, 5 feet 10 inches tall, weighing 145 pounds. He has a tattoo of a bonsai tree on his right shoulder.

Stafford was last seen at his residence on the 20000 block of Campaign Drive in Carson at 5:30 a.m. Tuesday.

He was wearing a dark jacket, multi-colored pants and a black shirt.

Detectives say Stafford has no know psychiatric issues, but had recently been exhibiting erratic behavior.
