LOS ANGELES (CBS) — Actress Reese Witherspoon is pregnant with her third child, US Weekly reports.

The Oscar winning actress, who turns 36-years-old Thursday, is expecting her first child with her second husband and CAA agent Jim Toth, the magazine said.

Witherspoon and Toth, 41, married in March 2011 in Ojai.

The actress was previously married to actor Ryan Phillippe for seven years before divorcing in 2006. The couple have two children together: Ava, 12, and Deacon, 8.

The due date for Witherspoon is unknown, according to US Weekly.
