Josh Rubenstein's Weather Forecast ( Mar. 19)

STUDIO CITY (CBS) — The storm system that brought the rain and snow this weekend has moved off to the east.

However, the storm has ushered in some very cold air so Monday should be very cold. Wind protected valley cities are going to be in the 30s this morning. Daytime highs won't be much better with the cold air mass and gusty conditions in place. We are will be running 10 to 12 degrees below normal.

Look for daytime highs to top out in the upper 50s to low 60s. By tomorrow a ridge of high pressure nudges over and we will be considerably warmer for Tuesday and Wednesday. We'll cool it off for the end of the week and right now it looks like another system for next week.

Possibly some more rain in the forecast.

Beaches - low 60s
Basin - low 60s
Valleys - low 60s
Deserts - low 50s
Mountains -mid 30s
