Hooded Man Robs 3 Fast Food Restaurants In 1 Night

LOS ANGELES (CBS) — Police are on the hunt for a robbery suspect who robbed three fast food restaurants around the Wilshire, Pacific and West Los Angeles areas in one night.

Detectives from LAPD's Wilshire Division say the robber hit restaurants on South Crenshaw Boulevard, South Sepulveda Boulevard and West Pico Boulevard, all within a three-hour window last Sunday night.

Police say the suspect tells the cashiers he has a gun, and hands them a note, demanding money. Witnesses told police the robber did not appear to be armed, but threatened one employee in one robbery.

The suspect is described as being a white or light-skinned Hispanic man, between 5-feet-4 to 5-feet-8 and weighs between 140-160 pounds. During the robberies, the suspect wore a black hooded sweat shirt with a white design and dark-colored gloves.
