MORENO VALLEY (CBS) — One person was killed and three others were wounded when shots rang out at a home in Moreno Valley.
Police responded to a call of “shots fired” at the residence in the 14600 block of Rio Grande Drive about 8 p.m. Saturday, Riverside County Sheriff’s Sgt. Todd Torrenti said in a statement.
Upon arrival, authorities found the body of a 26-year-old male. His name was being withheld pending notification of next of kin.
Three other people were wounded in the shootings, but are expected to survive, Torrenti said.
The sheriff’s department gave no further details, citing an active investigation.
