(CBS) — One of the nation’s largest mortgage holders is reaching out to struggling homeowners.

On March 14-15, the Wells Fargo two-day Home Preservation Workshop is expected to be held at the Los Angeles Convention Center.

On the ConsumerWatch, Julie Watts tells us about the event which is expected to save hundreds of homes.

Wells Fargo says homeowners will be able to meet one-on-one with a loan modification expert and may walk away with a principal reduction or even a moratorium on payments for those out of work.
