WHITTIER (CBS) — Firefighters Saturday extinguished a blaze at an apartment building in Whittier.
The second-alarm fire at 16040 Leffingwell Road was reported at 10:56 a.m., authorities said.
The blaze started in an attic. It was declared knocked down at 11:52 a.m.
One firefighter suffered minor injuries from exhaustion and two units were reported to have sustained damage.
No other information as immediately available.
