Pro Football Returning To Los Angeles

Sorry, but no NFL team is coming to Los Angeles. Instead an American Indoor Football league will be coming to Southern California.

The Ontario Warriors will be the first professional football team in the Los Angeles area since the LA Avengers went away in 2009.

Angelinos who've been dying for football will have a chance to see pro football live at Ontario's Citizen Business Bank Arena this Sunday.

Ontario's arena, which hosts just over 11,000 seats, is a real nice arena that has hosted the Los Angeles Lakers and Lingerie Football Team, the Temptation.

The AIF breaks down into two conferences an east and a west coast. The West Coast consists of 5 teams: Ontario Warriors, California Eagles, Las Vegas Black Jacks, Arizona Outlaws and the Alameda County Knights.

Notable players who will be joining the Warriors are USC Trojans cornerback Vincent Joseph and receiver, R. Jay Soward, same person who admitted to taking money from an agent while still at USC.

The Warriors' first game will be Sunday, March 4th at 2 PM.
