Andrew Bynum Leaves All-Star Game Because Of Knee

ORLANDO (CBS) -- Andrew Bynum's first All-Star appearance didn't last very long.

The Lakers big man left midway through the first quarter because of knee pain, however, it is believed to be precautionary

Bynum had a Synvisc injection last week that will allow him to continue playing through the pain.
