LOS ANGELES (CBS) — Police have arrested three people in connection with a double shooting near Los Angeles High School.

In an alert issued Saturday, Los Angeles police said authorities arrested two juveniles and one adult in connection with the incident.

The shooting occurred outside the school near Olympic and Rimpau late Friday afternoon.

According to police, two teens were transported to an area hospital, where one is listed in critical condition.

The second victim was treated for a gunshot wound to the leg and has been released.

Although the investigation is ongoing, police did say they believe the shooting to be gang-related.
