Fund Established To Help East Hollywood Shooting Victims

HOLLYWOOD (CBS) — Officials believe domestic violence triggered the East Hollywood shooting Thursday that left two people — including the gunman — dead and three others wounded.

The gunman also set fire to the home and the three surviving roommates have lost everything. The three survivors — a 34-year-old man and two 38-year-old woman — were all shot in the chest. One woman was shot four times. All our expected to survive.

A friend of the victims — namely Katie McCall — is organizing a fund raising effort on their behalf.

She wrote this on their donation page: On Feb 16, 2012, our friends were the victims of senseless violence. A man entered their home, shot those inside and set their home on fire. Laurel Choy, whose home it was, was the first shot. Her husband was fortunately not at home.  They are looking at mounting medical bills, grief and untold loss. Will you please help?
