Los Angeles County clerk’s offices are streaming the process for getting marriage licenses on Valentine’s Day.

Marriage License Requirements:
-No proof of residency
-No blood tests
-Must be over 18-years-old
-Proper ID required

The cost for a marriage license is $25.
