LOS ANGELES (CBS) — Expect a beautiful Thursday across the Southland.
Temperatures are up with daytime highs in the upper 70s to low 80s. The off-shore flow will keep the Southland clear and dry for through Friday. While we will experience some gusty winds, we are staying just below advisory criteria.
By the weekend the pattern changes. A trough will drop into the area cooling us off and kicking up the clouds. This will be the first in a series of relatively dry troughs into the beginning of next week. These systems will create some advisory winds and give us a chance for some sprinkles or snow showers in the mountains. Things settle down a bit for the middle of next week when we return to normal conditions.
Beaches – upper 70s
Basin – low 80s
Valleys – low 80s
Deserts – low 70s
Mountains – mid 50s
