LONG BEACH (CBS) — A Croatian couple was injured by a group of men early Wednesday morning during a home invasion robbery.

The couple called 911 in from their home in the 2900 block of Daisy Avenue in Long Beach around 2:45 a.m., police said.

The suspects roughed up the husband and wife, who are in their 60s, before leaving with unknown property.

The victims were taken to a local hospital for treatment of non-life threatening injuries.
