3 Sisters Killed In Car Crash Leaving Behind 5 Children

HYDE PARK (CBS) — Three sisters, each mothers of young children, were killed in a horrific car crash in Hyde Park last Friday.

The family spoke about the crash and their loss Wednesday.

"It's sad that my girls are gone like this," Tracy McNeil said while fighting back tears, as she gripped onto her grandchild.

"Now I got to explain to these kids where their parents at. They're gone," she said, shaken from the loss of three daughters.

The accident left five children without mothers.

Christina Williams tried to wipe away the pain, struggling to find words.

"I can't do it," she said.

The crash happened at the end of a night of celebrating a friend's birthday. Williams and her three sisters, Tiesha Turner, 28; Enisha Davis, 20; Jeshai Jones, 19; and two friends were on their way home from a club.

"That was our last memory... Dancing together, having fun," Williams said.

She said that she fell asleep and woke up in the hospital.

A friend driving the SUV had crashed into a tree in Hyde Park. Three of the four sisters were ejected.

"I was the only one with a seatbelt on," Williams said.

Three of the four sisters died and the two friends were still in the hospital, but expected to survive.

"I just still can't believe it," said Williams, who was left with bruises and heartbreak.

"I miss them. I wish they were here."

It's unclear what exactly caused the crash, but police said that alcohol may have been a factor.

"I'm hurt so bad to take my kids… like that."

A fund has been set up to help with funeral expenses.
