STUDIO CITY (CBS) — Designer Geren Ford visited KCAL9 Thursday to discuss a limited-edition cat sweater that she designed with country singer Kellie Pickler for Cat Appreciation Month.

All proceeds from the sweater, which is available online, benefit the American Society for Prevention of Cruelty to Animals.

Fresh Step is also donating $1 to the ASPCA every time a Facebook fan shows cat pride with a special photo. Fresh Step will have some handy cat sweater images to help out those who don’t own kitty couture yet.
