Investigators believe Keith Keiper, 23, of Oceanside, was solely responsible for the Jan. 1 attack on the Isla Vista Foot Patrol police station on the 6500 block of Trigo Road near the UC Santa Barbara campus.

Surveillance video footage shows a Molotov cocktail being hurled at the station and exploding in a fiery flame in the early morning hours of New Year's Day.

A similar firebombing at the station back on Nov. 15 is still under investigation. It was not clear whether investigators believe Keiper had any involvement with the November attack.

No one was injured in either attack.
