VENICE (CBS) — Police say an argument between two men at a Venice barbershop escalated into gunfire, leaving both men wounded.

Shots were heard at about 9:30 a.m. in 1900 block of Lincoln Boulevard, according to Los Angeles police Officer Bruce Borihanh.

A man entered the barber shop and opened fire, wounding the two men, Borihanh said. One man was treated at the scene for a foot wound, and the other was taken to a local hospital.

The suspect, described only as a man wearing a dark hoodie, remains at large.
