LOS ANGELES (CBS) — The Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors Tuesday approved an increase in the price of the Hollywood Bowl’s park-and-ride bus and shuttle services.
Tickets for the park-and-ride buses, which operate from 14 pickup points, including lots in Sherman Oaks, Santa Monica, Torrance and Rowland Heights, will increase from $8 to $10. The advanced purchase ticket price remains $5.
Tickets for the parking shuttle, which operates from nearby lots on Ventura and Hollywood Boulevards and near the L.A. Zoo, will increase from $4 to $5.
The board also approved the county’s share of the cost of the services, which will be $378,000 of the total $2.2 million cost of operation.
