LOS ANGELES (CBS) — A man was found stabbed to death Thursday morning in a parking lot in Highland Park, near the Pasadena (110) Freeway.

Police responded at 12:55 a.m to a call reporting a person was stabbed in the 5800 block of Figueroa Street, Los Angeles Police Department spokesperson Officer Rosario Herrera said.

Herrera said the man, who was in his 60s, was stabbed several times and pronounced dead at the scene.

There were no immediate arrests, and the man’s name was not immediately released.
