A Disneyland Resort spokesperson said the decision on whether to have fireworks at the park is being made on a day-to-day basis.

The spectacular display called "Believe in Holiday Magic" has been canceled every night - except Christmas - since last Thursday over reported technical problems.

That same night, a Disney employee was reportedly hospitalized for a noise-related injury that resulted from operating the fireworks, the OC Register reported.

Officials with Cal Osha said state investigators will be at the Magic Kingdom on Wednesday.
