LOS ANGELES (CBS) — Attorneys for former reality show producer Bruce Beresford-Redman say he will not appeal a federal judge’s decision to uphold his extradition to Mexico.

Beresford-Redman is accused in the 2010 death of his wife, Monica Beresford-Redman.

He was arrested at the couple’s Rancho Palos Verdes home seven months after her body was found in a sewer at a Cancun resort.

Beresford-Redman will now return to the state of Quintana Roo to face charges of aggravated homicide.
