Wildomar Woman Accused Of Selling Stolen Goods On Craigslist

WILDOMAR (CBS) — A Wildomar woman has been arrested on suspicion of possessing and selling stolen property on Craigslist, a police department spokesperson said Saturday.

Wildomar police Sgt. Patrick Chavez said police found stolen merchandise at the home of 47-year-old
Deborah O'Brien Hunt on Thursday.

Hunt was arrested and booked into the Southwest Justice Center in Murrieta, inmate records showed.

"Detectives from the Wildomar Police Department received information that a subject was selling stolen property well below the retail price on Craigslist," Chavez said.

"The investigation led to Hunt's residence where detectives located stolen property inside the location," the sergeant added.

Items listed for sale included brand-name coffee makers and appliances, according to Chavez.

Hunt is being held in lieu of $5,000 bail.
