UPS To Deliver 26 Million Packages Worldwide Thursday

LOS ANGELES (CBS) — UPS officials say they will deliver 26 million packages worldwide Thursday.

The company is expecting to handle more than 120 million packages over the course of the week.

To meet demand, the company is adding more flights to its regular schedule.

A boost in retail sales has led to a record shipping season.
