LOS ANGELES (CBS) — Bruce Beresford-Redman will finally be extradited to Mexico to face charges in his wife’s 2010 death.

A federal judge has upheld his extradition, saying there are “pages upon pages of competent evidence” that implicate him in the death of Monica Beresford-Redman.

Beresford-Redman, a former “Survivor” producer, was arrested at the couple’s Rancho Palos Verdes home seven months after her body was found in a sewer at a Cancun resort.

He has been in custody on a fugitive warrant since last month. If convicted, he faces 12 to 30 years in a Mexican prison.

He’ll get a Free Pass from the Mexican Judge & Jury after they receive their checks in the mail..

Better act quickly to find out which Judge & Jury assign to his case so the $$$$ goes to the proper channel..

Otherwise, he won’t stand a chance in a Mexican Prison.. it’s not a Lindsay Lohan 3 day stay, he’ll have to do some time..

he might serve his time with high class privilage, but at least he will spend 12-30 years in jail for real, no short sentence like the california way.

He is so lucky to be having the trail is messico and not here. Here he would do some time, in Mexico the judges and jury can be bought off along with the prosecutors. Why do you think messico is so corrupt!

Poor guy! Poor girl he may or may not have killed. I feel for him and her family.
Now he will see what it’s like to be black in america. He will see what many a black american’s have face her in the great country for years.
He will now see how jail and the law enforcement community really treat a black man.
Poor guy. He will be treated like a animal just like so many black guys in the USA.
But at least he will do a life sentence for his 3rd strike like so many black people are doing the USA for some petty crime.
