An estimated $200,000 in property was taken from Gault's Encino home, including the Super Bowl ring, diamond watches, jewelry and other family heirlooms.

LAPD West Valley Burglary and Property Crimes Unit recovered the ring at a jewelry store in the 700 block of South Broadway in the Jewelry Mart District.

Detectives said a source that deals in sports memorabilia contacted investigators to advise that the ring had been seen at the store. Another Super Bowl ring from 1983 was also recovered, and police are working to determine its rightful owner.

Other items recovered include five stolen watches and a wedding ring.

The store owner, 46-year-old Ramin Cohan of Beverly Hills, was arrested for receiving stolen property. He was being held in lieu of $20,000 bail.

Anyone with information about this case is urged to contact the LAPD at (877) LAPD-24-7 (1-877-527-3247).
