Judge Praises Lindsay Lohan At Progress Report Hearing

LOS ANGELES (CBS) — Superior Court Judge Stephanie Sautner praised Lindsay Lohan for complying with the strict terms of her probation at a progress report hearing Wednesday morning.

Lohan was sentenced to 30 days in jail last month for violating the terms of her previous probation, which stemmed from DUI and theft cases.

She served less than five hours in jail, but she must complete 53 days of community service at the county morgue and 18 45-minute psychotherapy sessions by March 29, 2012.

So far, she has completed 12 days of work at the morgue and attended five therapy sessions.

"You're doing well and I'd like to see it continue," Sautner said.

If Lohan violates the terms of her new probation, a warrant will be issued for her arrest and she will be forced to serve another 270 days in jail.

Lohan's Playboy spread hits newsstands this week.
