Former Hornets Player Chris Paul To Join The Clippers

LOS ANGELES (CBS) — Former New Orleans Hornets player Chris Paul will reportedly join the Clippers.

Sources tell CBS2 that the Clippers have agreed in principle to the trade.

This deal would include two future second-round draft picks.

Paul’s future has been big news in Los Angeles.

There was talk that Paul would head to the Lakers as part of the deal for Pau Gasol and Lamar Odom to get traded off the team.

The trade still needs to be approved by NBA Commissioner David Stern.

Sorry Lakers. No Paul. No Howard. Maybe next year you might get better. Without Odom you won’t go beyond West Conf. playoffs. Oh well. With Paul at point for Clips, Lakers are toast.

Trade season isn’t over yet. Stay tuned….
