Get Children Cooking With The 'Handstand Kids'

STUDIO CITY (CBS) — When cooking this holiday season, don't leave out the kids!

Yvette Garfield visited the KCAL 9 studios Thursday and made Italian popcorn, Chinese spring rolls, and Mexican salad (all incorporating festive red and green elements for the holidays!).

Garfield is the author of "The Handstand Kids Cookbook." They make a great gift (packaged in a Chinese takeout container, pizza box or tortilla bag) and offer unlimited learning opportunities (the ingredients and utensils from each recipe are translated into the language of the corresponding country, and also explore the culture or history of the area).
