The 13-year-old victims were walking home on San Pablo Avenue near Catalina Way about 9 p.m. Thursday when another teen came up behind them on a black BMX bike and robbed them, said Riverside County Sheriff's Department Deputy Angel Ramos.
The robber took a wallet and other items and rode away. No injuries were reported, Ramos said.
The victims described the robber as being between 15 and 17 years old, 5 feet 8 inches tall, and wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt and dark pants.
He was carrying a yellow and white bag, Ramos said.
