(CBS) – It’s looking like Clippers fans might get to watch their team play a little bit earlier than expected.

According to the Los Angeles Times, the Clippers will open their season in the Bay at Golden State on Christmas night.

The NBA is expected to have five games on Christmas, including the Lakers and the Chicago Bulls.

The NBA schedule is expected to be released on Tuesday.
