STUDIO CITY (CBS) — November is American Diabetes Month.

Kim Lyons visited the KCAL 9 studios Monday to show viewers how to navigate holiday food if you are diabetic.

Lyons is a former trainer on The Biggest Loser and the trainer on Dr. Phil’s Ultimate Weight loss Challenge, Kim has becomes an expert and studied diabetes extensively in addition to obesity in America. Kim’s is a spokesperson for “Take Control of Your Diabetes” along with spokesperson for the American Diabetes Association.
