CORONA (CBS) — A 67-year-old woman from Arizona was killed early Saturday morning when the car she was riding in slammed into a stalled vehicle in Corona, according to the county coroner.
The collision happened at about 1:05 a.m. on northbound Interstate 15 at the eastbound Riverside (91) Freeway, the coroner said.
Phoenix resident Percida Abando was pronounced dead at 3:27 a.m. at Riverside Community Hospital, according to authorities.
There was no further information on the condition of the driver or any other passengers, a CHP spokesman said.
