Bus Headed For The Queen Mary Struck By Bullet
LONG BEACH (CBS) — A Long Beach Transit "Passport" bus was struck by a bullet while en route to the Queen Mary.
The bus, which had departed from downtown, had three people on board at the time of the shooting.
Long Beach police spokeswoman Nancy Pratt said no one was hurt in the incident, which occurred about 12:30 a.m. Sunday.
Queen's Highway had been closed while authorities searched for evidence, Pratt reported. No arrests have been made.
