Man Suspected In Molestation Arrested In OC
SANTA ANA (AP) — Authorities say a man suspected of molesting a 9-year-old girl in Orange County is behind bars.
Tustin Police Detective Pam Hardacre told City News Service Sunday that the suspect, 32-year-old David Elifar Verduzco, knew the girl's family and cultivated a relationship with her.
Verduzco was arrested Thursday and booked for multiple felonies in connection with the alleged crime.
The suspect was denied bail. He could be arraigned as early as Monday. Investigators say they will look into whether any other children may have been victimized by Verduzco.
