MUSCOY (CBS) — Classes have been cancelled at Muscoy Elementary School after a janitor discovered a body early Friday morning.

Authorities received a call about a man down on the campus, which is in the 2100 block of West Blake Street, just before 7 a.m.

Deputies confirmed the man, who was not found in a classroom, was dead when they arrived on the scene.

Homicide detectives are now on the scene, and students were taken to other nearby schools.

No other details were immediately released.

    what is the point to canceling class do they think the killer is on campus still?? a dead body OUTSIDE will not hinder the kids INSIDE
