Former 'Survivor' Contestant Faces DUI Charge
LOS ANGELES (CBS) — A 25-year-old "Survivor" contestant, who allegedly ran a red light in Los Angeles and was arrested Thursday, was facing a possible drunken driving charge Sunday.
Semhar Tadesse, the first casualty on the CBS reality show this season, was booked on suspicion of drunken driving after a breathalyzer test showed her blood-alcohol content was 0.14 percent, well above the 0.08 percent threshold, TMZ.com reported.
Tadesse, who lives in Los Angeles, was released in lieu of $5,000 bail within hours of her arrest.
