To help lighten the appearance of sun spots and age spots.... whip up this little recipe.

1Tbs plain yogurt

1 1/2 tsp of Orange juice.

Mix together in a bowl and rub on to face with a brush or fingers. Leave on for 15 minutes. Rinse.

2. Shiny Hair

Banana's and honey make an excellent combination and conditioner for your
hair because they are rich in potassium and Vitamins A, B and C. This
combo coats the hair cuticle, while adding moisture and shine and the hair
feels and looks thicker.

Mix together the banana and honey.

Wet the hair and pour on scalp.

Wrap your hair in a plastic shower cap and leave on for 20 minutes.
Rinse well and shampoo and condition as usual.

Or

Bananas: The potassium in this fruit can help soothe blow-dryer and
chemical-induced damage. Mash a ripe banana into a smooth puree, and massage
it into your locks. Let it sit about 15 minutes before rinsing.

3. Tomato Face

For acne, rosacea or just to add a glow to the skin Try applying a layer of ripe tomato thin slices for 15 minutes. Then rub the other half on the skin. It will both freshen you up and reduce the impact of acne marks. Another great solution is lemon juice, but be careful as it can make your skin more sensitive to sunlight.

4. Bye Bye Pimples

If a pimple erupts have no fear... try this recipe to help pull out the bacteria.

1 Q- tip dipped in honey
Place the honey directly on the pimple.
Cover with a small round band aid and keep on overnight.
Wash off with cool water in the morning.

Extra Celebrity Beauty Tip From Kym:

America's Sweetheart, Julia Roberts, is famous for her perfect smile, but one of her favorite beauty tips concerns her nails. Kym says she soaks them in olive oil for a few minutes every week. Olive oil moisturizes your nails without weakening them and softens your cuticles too. It also prevents "hang nails" that are caused by dry skin.

Extra Extra Tip:

Keep your eye remover pads in fridge for puffy eyes. This tip is as old as time or at least as long as refrigerators have been around. However, it works and us gals know it. To de-puff your eyes just store your eye make up remover pads in the refrigerator. The cold will soothe and reduce puffy and swollen eyes.
