A “shooting in South Los Angeles” (aka: South Central) how typical. That area has been a SH!T-hole for the past 50 years and considering the mentality of the people that live there, it will be a SH!T-hole 50 years from now.

Your right just like the 8 people killed in Seal/Newport Beach.

Except that doesn’t happen every day by developmentally delayed thugs. It’s not a characteristic of the area – that neighborhood isn’t off limits to normal people. Who do you think you are foolin’?

Looks like “Breaking News” out of Downey shows just how “Dangerouse” being a “citizen” can be. “Watch your step”, if you are minding your own business, and I’m now “Gun shy” on going to “Downey”, as too many “Pistol Happy” people can stop your existence. Someone needs more investigative” training in how to deal with their “BreadNButter”, the tax payers of that community! That is “snap-judgements”, that get people killed.

“Better Training….Better service” to the community”! Also keeps down the “Law Suits.
