Boller, Not Palmer, Prepares Friday To Start Sunday
ALAMEDA (CBS) - After numerous reports indicating that Carson Palmer will start on Sunday against the Kansas City Chiefs, Hue Jackson may go with Kyle Boller after all.
Palmer is reportedly not comfortable with the offense and doesn't have the arm strength to make certain throws.
The Raiders have a bye after playing the Chiefs on Sunday, giving Palmer two additional weeks to get comfortable and start for the Silver and Black after the bye week.
Jackson plans to give Darren McFadden and Michael Bush a full load of carries regardless of what quarterback will start.
