2 Teen Girls Missing In La Quinta

LA QUINTA (CBS) — Authorities sought the public's help Friday  in finding two teenage girls last seen together at school.

Daniela Botero Moya, 17, and Brooke Melody Leon, 15, haven't been seen since around 10:20 a.m. Thursday at Summit High School in La Quinta. Their parents reported them missing later that day, La Quinta police Lt. Jason Huskey said.

Moya is 5-foot-1, weighs 88 pounds and has brown hair and brown eyes.

She was last seen wearing gray shorts, a white T-shirt, a gray hooded jacket and slippers.

Leon is 5-foot-7, weighs 180 pounds and has blond hair and brown eyes.

She was last seen wearing blue jeans and a black hooded sweater, Huskey said.
